Instructor/Trainer

This individual typically reports to the Technical Support Manager. Companies looking to hire such a position will look for a bachelor’s degree however it isn’t always a prerequisite. Certifications are always a plus as employers look to hire a trainer that the students will respect and value during the learning process. The candidates will be required to have a vast breadth of technical knowledge and to be able to convey that instruction to varying levels of student proficiency. Instructor/Trainer’s had an increase of 3.0% from 2006 to 2007 and the salary range for this position is: $42,000 to $68,000.

  • Setting up the classroom training sessions
