Direct Placement: We will help the job-seeker find a full-time position that suits their personality, skill sets, and career ambitions. Contract Placement or Temporary staffing service: This type of service will help the job seeker when they are looking for short-term projects to fill in for absent employees or to supplement existing staff during particularly busy times. Abtech will help the job-seeker with long-term staffing needs as well. Long-term staffing specializes in placing employees in long-term assignments for an indefinite period of time. This will allow the job-seeker to keep their skills current while working in different environments. Temporary-to-Direct Hire: Work on a temporary assignment with the intention of becoming a full-time employee. This allows the job seeker to get to know the corporation before making a long-term commitment. |
