Employers look for a project management candidate to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science and lately are interested in the candidates achieving advanced degrees in computer science or management.

Director
The Director positions are considered senior-level positions that require the candidate to have very good interpersonal and communications skills and have good decision making authority.
Practice Manager
This person should have excellent communication, customer service and analytical skills to be able to present the strategic plans to the team.
Project Manager
The candidate will need to be well versed in the subject matter as well as having project management skills and to be able to communicate well.
Staff Consultant
This position will require the candidate to have two or more years of consulting experience and have two to three years of business experience.
